The Director of Engagement and Stewardship fosters a vibrant culture of belonging, participation, generosity, and shared mission throughout the Jesuit Parish Family. Rooted in Ignatian spirituality and hospitality, Susanne welcomes all, builds meaningful relationships, and creates pathways for parishioners to deepen their faith, discover their gifts, serve others, and engage fully in parish life. She connects parishioners with opportunities to share their time, talent, and treasure while cultivating relationships with donors, volunteers, supporters, and newcomers and communicating the vision and impact of parish ministries. Collaborating with clergy, staff, volunteers, and parishioners, Susanne brings creativity and gratitude to her work, strengthening community and advancing our shared mission to grow as disciples of Christ.
