FALL MUSIC FESTIVAL
On November 5th, the Xavier University Concert Choir, Xavier University Women’s Chorus, University of Cincinnati Women’s Chorus and the St. Xavier High School Men’s Chorus performed at St. Xavier Church, with a professional orchestra to present Leonard Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms for the second half of the concert.
About the Xavier University Concert Choir
The Concert Choir, directed by Dr. Thomas Merrill, is the primary vocal ensemble of the Music Department at Xavier University. Admission into the choir is by audition only. The choir maintains a busy concert and touring schedule throughout the year.

About The University of Cincinnati Women’s Chorus
The University Men’s and Women’s Choruses of 100 voices are comprised of undergraduate students from the UC’s thirteen component colleges. DMA choral majors with significant experience are awarded the Directorships for two-year positions with these ensembles. The University Choruses perform a diverse repertoire of a cappella, accompanied, folk, spirituals, world music, and annual masterworks with orchestra.
